Refund policy
1. Return Windows
- Sealed, unopened fragrances: Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility Checklist
- Item is in the exact condition received (unused, undamaged).
- Original box, inserts, protective films, and accessories are present.
- Return request submitted within the appropriate window (7 days sealed).
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Perfume oils
- Air fresheners & deodorizers
4. Return Shipping Fees
- ShaikhMohdSaeedLLC pays return shipping if the error is ours (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
- Customer pays return shipping for discretionary returns (change of mind, scent preference, etc.).
5. Return Process
- E-mail Customer Care with your order number and clear photos.
- If approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label.
- Drop the parcel with the carrier within 7 days of label issuance. Returns shipped after 7 days will be refused.
6. Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Selecting store credit grants you an extra 5% bonus coupon toward your next purchase.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible only for the exact same product, size, and variant.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will refund you; you may place a new order at your convenience.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report any shipping damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the outer box, product, and batch code on the box and product. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accommodated.
9. Additional Terms
- We strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions; minor variations do not constitute defects.
